Don’t be a ‘Pyscho’ and listen to TIA GOSTELOW’s new single
Australia native TIA GOSTELOW has grown into a successful indie-pop artist supporting famed acts like Lewis Capaldi and Ball Park Music. Now she unleashes her highly intoxicating new single. Entitled “Psycho”, it highlights infectious melodies, fierce vocals and glistening guitars. The candid track details her own personal experiences with toxic relationships and being pegged by partners as the crazy one. The singer reveals, “I constantly thought I was the issue, that everything was my fault and I kept apologizing for things that I later realised weren’t my fault at all. I feel like when you are in these circumstances, sometimes it feels like you’re going insane, I felt like I was turning into this psycho person and it seemed like nobody else saw where I was coming from.”
With the success of her debut album “Thick Skin”, a Triple J feature album and receiving Queensland Music Awards ‘Album of the Year award’, Gostlow wants to continue that same momentum. Driving her career forward she is currently finishing up her second album with prominent producer Oscar Dawson (Holy Holy, Alex Lahey). Growing up in the small Queensland town of Mackay she was separated from the music community. Moving to Brisbane, she has embraced their music scene and that’s where her music really thrived. Check out “Psycho” and connect with Gostlow through her past negative relationships.
