Minimalist yet highly profound, Jimkata releases their animated new video for “Wait For You”. Featuring synth washed soundscapes and deeply impassioned vocals the track is a narration of pain of a failed relationship, but also a world in turmoil and a society just waiting for a better world. The thought-provoking visuals animated by Ben Clarkson commence with a young man sitting on a log in the forest and as things progress the scenery changes around him portraying the complexity of waiting.

The Los Angeles based electro-rock trio has built a dedicated fan base through their use of striking synths and candid lyrics, making them a true musical triumph. Jimkata comprised of Evan Friedell, Aaron Gorsch and Packy Lunn create retro sounding music with a modern twist. Check out the reflective video now.
